Approach

The art of process consulting is a foundational approach for Frillmann Consulting’s work with clients.  Services are client-centered, offering process consulting practices which include listening, helping and learning.  Process consulting is walking alongside organizational leaders to build consensus and clarity and live out the organization’s mission.
